Exclusive search assignment

You can give Immovita an exclusive assignment to find the perfect house from a rental price of € 1100.- in the area of your choice and for your budget.
Candidates need to register at the Immovita website first.
The registration fee of € 28.00 euro will be refunded when a candidate finds an apartment through our agency after signing the rental contract.
After receiving your commissioning we will search on a No cure, No pay basis.

These are apartments that are not listed on the website because we actively start a specific search for you.

The one-time costs are one mnth rent plus 21 % VAT. with a maximum of € 1500.- excl VAT.
As long as we have not found your ideal home, we will also not charge any fees.
